You need to be prepared to pay for your appointment in full. We can direct bill and submit the receipts on your behalf to most Insurance companies. We cannot control if the Insurance company has website problems. Any balance owing can be made through credit card, cash or e-transfer.
Please note that payment is due at treatment time and receipts cannot be given without payment.
Honest and clarity are first and foremost as there are some conditions where massage is not always appropriate. These conditions may be temporary or life long.
At the first visit, you will need to have your Health History completed and should there be any changes you will need to provide them.
It is requested that you arrive 5-10 minute before to complete any administrative needs. The door will be unlocked 15 mins prior to your treatment when all cleaning and disinfecting has been completed. If the person before you is late, please know that your booking will not be effected.
24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling is required. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee of $50 before your next treatment.
You should undress to your comfort level. Skin to skin is optimal but it is not necessary. A massage treatment can be completed with or without undressing.
A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) receives their designation from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). The RMT must graduation from an approved school and then pass written and practical board examinations from the CMTO to receive the designation.
